How do I return an item?
Due to the handmade custom nature of all orders, Black Crow Arts has a 15 day exchange only policy. All returns must be placed in the original packaging in unused condition and shipped with a tracking number. Black Crow Arts is not responsible for lost or damaged products. There is a no return policy on orders placed in the "Custom Order" section.
